  3. Professional Guidance: Mentors provide advice on career development, ethics, and managing the challenges of the legal profession, helping mentees build confidence and professionalism.
  4. Networking Opportunities: Participants gain access to a wider professional network through program events, workshops, and group discussions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  5. Practical Knowledge Transfer: Mentors share real-world insights, best practices, and strategies for effective problem-solving, helping mentees bridge the gap between legal education and day-to-day practice.
  6. Continuing Education: Both mentors and mentees benefit from resources such as seminars, webinars, and curated materials to stay updated on trends and developments in probate law.
